Most orders for in-stock items begin the order fulfillment process as soon as your online purchase has been completed. Items are shipped once they are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the shipping address is verified. We do our best to maintain accuracy related to our inventory, however from time to time factors beyond our control may play a part in causing an item to cancel from an order. Damaged items, missing parts, or the product differing from the online description are some examples of when this might happen. These scenarios may cause items within an order to be shorted or cancelled and if this happens an order update notification will be sent by email.
